Nitto Tire Reviews

Updated 8/14/2021

The Nitto tire brand is owned by Toyo Tire, a relatively small Japanese brand that specializes in truck and high performance tires. Most of their manufacturing centers are in Asia, but Toyo opened a factory in Georgia (U.S.) around 2004 to serve North America. It employs over 1,000 people as of 2015.

Ultra High Performance All-Season

Nitto Motivo
4.4 out of 5 based on 35 user ratings as of 10/29/18.

The Nitto Motivo is backed by a class leading mileage warranty of 60,000 miles, which is very unusual for UHP tires that have a W- or Y-speed rating. According to Nitto, they have rated the UTQG treadwear rating as 560 AA, which they say is made possible by using silica and a special binding agent.

We are intrigued by what could be a long-lasting UHP A/S tire. The reviews are very positive, but not for light or heavy snow usage. They are currently made for rim sizes between 17" - 20", and are made in the U.S.
