The Dick Cepek brand is owned by Cooper Tires. Cooper is actually the fourth largest tire manufacturer in the U.S., though it may not be a household name like Goodyear. The tire line-up is relatively small, but they own a bunch of other brands (Mastercraft, Dean, Starfire, Dominator, Roadmaster, Avon Tyres, Mickey Thompson, Chenshan, Austone, Fortune and Pneustone).
Dick Cepek tires receive high marks all around from pick-up truck drivers in all terrain and mud terrain driving, and for this reason made it to our Best Tires by Category list for All Terrain and Mud Terrain tires.

You may or may not have heard of this brand before, but it has excellent reviews at TireBuyer. OffRoad Extreme did an on-hands review and concluded it was a very capable A/T tire, with a tread profile almost like that of an M/T tire.
